Rob Koehn is the founder of Redan Capital Partners. Prior to forming Redan, he was Managing Director of Trivest Partners, L.P., a Florida-based private equity firm with over $600 million of capital under management, which he joined in 1999 as an Associate. As a Managing Director, Mr. Koehn was responsible for the origination, negotiation, structuring, oversight and realization of portfolio investments. At Trivest, he was most recently a member of the Board of Directors of Jet Plastica Industries, Inc. and Brown Jordan International, Inc., for which he chaired the Board's Audit Committee. Previously, he was a member of the investment banking department of First Union Capital Markets, where as a member of the Equity Origination Group he participated in the execution of over $1 billion of completed public equity offerings. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Koehn was with Merrill Lynch & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand, LLP. Mr. Koehn was a four-year member of the Princeton varsity golf team, and has served as a member of the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee since 1995. Mr. Koehn has been a speaker and panelist at the Wharton Private Equity Conference in Philadelphia, PA and the Kellogg Private Equity Conference in Evanston, IL.

Adam Cyrus is a founder of Redan Capital Partners. Prior to forming Redan, he was with Trivest Partners, L.P., where he was responsible for the evaluation of investment opportunities and assisting in the acquisition, oversight and realization of portfolio company investments. Previously, Mr. Cyrus was with Harris Williams & Co., Inc., the nation's leading middle-market merger & acquisition advisory firm for private equity sponsors, where he worked in advisory roles on numerous acquisitions and dispositions. At Yale, Mr. Cyrus was a National Merit Scholar, a four-year member of the varsity golf team and a GCAA All-America Scholar.
